Other tabs for this song may well be correct, but the stretch is IMPOSBB LE.  Also, if you listen very
carefully, he doesn't quite fret the first B note cleanly a couple of times (it's a squeeze to get all
your fingers in the 9th fret), suggesting to me that he plays it in this tuning and not in standard.  
I could be completely wrong, but this way you don't need the HUUUGE stretch anyway...
