On this page you will find our additional privacy policies to our Terms of Use that apply to all our products - Cifra Club, Palco MP3, Letras.mus.br, Ouvir Música, Fórum Cifra Club e Forme sua Banda - including its desktop and mobile website versions and their apps. We present what data we store, how we collect it, whom it is shared with, and what is done to protect it.

We always seek to work with great care and respect for our users. This allows us to offer highly relevant products that have been on the market for nearly two decades. Taking care of the personal data of the people who use our websites and apps is something of extreme importance and we try to do it in the best way possible.

  • Through your Cifra Club ID registration: for you to have an account on any of our products, you must create your Cifra Club ID user using your email and password. When registering, we ask for your name, email, city, and date of birth.
  • Navigation Data: We also collect your data when you (i) use our products; (ii) fill out forms, make comments, participate in promotions, polls, online events, sweepstakes, perform searches and other interactions on our products; and (iii) access our products through your computer, mobile phone, smart TV and/or other access devices. Data collected from your access to the services includes: your IP address; information from your access device (such as unit identifier, advertising identifier, name, and operating system type); information about your internet connection; type of your browser and the pages and content you access in our products. In addition, when you interact with certain products, we may request access to your contacts, your photo gallery, photos on social networks, your access device's camera and microphone, as well as your contact list. In such situations, your prior authorization for the collection of said data will always be requested.
  • Data obtained from third parties: We collect data about you from publicly available sources, service providers, and partners who provide us with your data by applicable law.
  • Through the use of cookies: cookies are small text files sent and stored on your computer. With them, we can recognize, monitor, and store your browsing as a user on the Internet, enabling us to offer personalized content according to your tastes and offer advertisements that best fit your profile. In general, we use cookies to: (i) deliver personalized content and allow access to your registered information identifying your user; (Ii) measure the audience of our products; (iii) offer advertising according to the contents that interest you most on the internet.

How do we use this data?

During the use of our websites, applications, and features owned by us, we use the registration data provided for the following purposes:

To help your privacy and security, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity, such as the use of a password and user ID before we grant access to your personal data.
  • Request for correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data: This right allows you, at any time, to request the correction and/or rectification of personal data, if you identify that some of them are incorrect.
  • Request for anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary, excessive, or processed personal data in violation of the law: This right allows the request for anonymization, blocking, or deletion of personal data from our database. All personal data collected will be anonymized, blocked, or deleted from servers when so requested or when they are no longer necessary or relevant for the provision of services unless there is any other reason for their maintenance, such as any need to retain personal data to fulfill a legal obligation to safeguard Studio Sol's rights. It is important to note that changes may take up to 7 days to be fully implemented due to technical reasons.
  • Right not to provide or revoke consent at any time: You have the right not to provide or withdraw your consent, however, this will not affect the legality of any treatment previously performed. If you choose not to provide or withdraw your consent, there is a possibility that we may not be able to provide you with certain products and services. And if that's the case, we'll let you know.
  • Right to obtain information about the public and private entities with which we share your data: This right allows you, at any time, to file a request to obtain more detailed information about with whom and for what purposes we share your personal data.
  • Right to object to certain processing of personal data: You also have the right to object to certain processing purposes. In some cases, we can demonstrate that we have legitimate reasons to process the data, which override the user's rights, if, for example, it is strictly essential for the functionality of the products or services.

Do not sell my personal information

California consumers have a right to knowledge, access, correction, and deletion of their personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). If you are a California resident, you also have a right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information by a business, and a right not to be discriminated against for exercising your California privacy rights. To exercise this opt-out right, whether you have an account or not, please submit a request via suporte@studiosol.com.br. If you do not have an account, we will ask you for information that we consider necessary to verify your identity for security and to prevent fraud

Who do we share this data with?

Ad Networks

To target advertising according to your profile as long as you have the use of cookies allowed in your browser.

Information Technology Service Providers

To (i) provide cloud services for our platform; (ii) host the products and content; and (iii) provide technical and operational support for the products. In these circumstances, your data will be stored and processed on third-party platforms, which may be located in Brazil or abroad.

Analytics

To perform audience, reach, and relevance analysis of our products.

Business partners

In order to enhance our services and expand/develop new businesses to improve your experience with our products and deliver even higher quality content, we may also share some of your data with a partner technology company for testing and data analysis purposes aimed at promoting the development and enhancement of technological solutions aimed at reducing the fraud rate in applications. In this case, the types of data to be shared refer to indirectly identifiable information regarding i. identifiers of your device; ii. data about your device, such as device model, operating system, among others; and iii. application-related information, such as app sessions, new user registration, among others. All data will be deleted after the processing purposes are achieved, and you can always object to this processing or obtain more related information by contacting support@studiosol.com.br.

Payment providers

To process payments in case of contracting a paid service or product. In this case, we will share your card number, bank and billing details, contact information with the institutions responsible for this processing. We do not store any bank details on our products, we just forward them to make the purchase.

Governmental Authorities (Police authorities, public entities, or any other governmental organization)

To comply with legal, judicial and administrative determinations and also comply with official letters from competent authorities. And also to take or cause legal, judicial, and administrative measures to defend our rights under this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.

How do we protect this data?

Our measures to preserve your data from unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, or destruction include physical and logical protection of assets, encrypted communications, access management, adherence to secure software development, and internal compliance policies that embed security in the lifecycle of our services.

All of these policies are periodically reviewed to ensure they are secure and up to date with the various threats that frequently arise on the internet. In any case, it is not possible to guarantee that our systems are completely inviolable. Therefore, we have teams prepared to act promptly in case of any incident.

We sign contracts and/or data processing agreements with the third parties with whom we share your data to ensure that your data is protected as required by law.
