The trickiest part of this arrangement is the fact that Janis Ian changes key several times.
If you play along to the video linked here - I suggest you pause the playing and alter your capo 
- then the chord pattern (for the verses at least) is pretty straightforward.  
Start with capo on fret 1:

The other tricky bit is the chorus chords - enjoy.
And there are also some short instrumental breaks around the Capo changes which I haven't dealt with.
