Bacharel em música pela Universidade de São Paulo, Campus de Ribeirão Preto, David Costa vem se apresentando em salas de concerto com repertório diversificado, abrangendo todos os períodos musicais. Já participou de várias séries de concertos como 1º e 2º Mostra de Violão de Tatuí; Concertos do Meio Dia “Ars Mvsica” e Mostra de Música de Câmara de Sorocaba; VI Seminário de Violão de Rio Claro; Recital da Classe de Violão do Festival Internacional de Inverno de Campos do Jordão entre outros. Em Julho de 2016, obteve o 3º lugar no XI Concurso de Violão do Conservatório Musical Villa Lobos.
