Nelsinho Serra cavaquinista há 15 anos, desenvolve um projeto solo tendo como instrumento principal seu cavaquinho de 5 cordas, criado principalmente para solistas. Participa ativamente do movimento musical de Brasília, acompanhando grandes músicos de cunho nacional e internacional. Atua como professor, arranjador, compositor e produtor musical para grupos de samba, choro e mpb no cenário musical da cidade. Atualmente iniciou o curso de Ukulele (violão Havaiano), instrumento que possui como sua função principal, no Brasil, o acompanhamento de músicas cantadas. Agende sua aula experimental
