Estudei violão com João Lyra durante 2 anos e violão de 7 cordas com Rogério Caetano, também por 2 anos. Fiz aulas de teoria, solfejo e ditado com Ignes Perdigão (1 ano e meio). Estudei na Escola Portatil de Música, fiz aulas de composição, arranjo, pratica de regional, harmonia, violão com Mauricio Carrilho e cavaquinho com Luciana Rabello. Sou acompanhador e solista nos violões de 6 e 7 cordas principalmente no samba e no choro. Me apresento constantemente nas casas noturnas do Rio de Janeiro, principalmente na Lapa.
