Bacharel em Piano pela Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais desde 2004 e Mestre em música pela Escola de Música da UFRJ. Premiado em importantes concursos de piano, dentre eles o XV Concurso Sulamericano de Piano Artlivre e o IX Concurso Nacional de Piano Souza Lima. Em cursos e festivais participou de master classes com reconhecidos artistas como Geir Braaten, Frederic Meinders, Saule Tatubaeva, Michael Uhde, Christine Daxenhofler, Gilberto Tinetti, entre outros. Além de apresentar-se em recitais, já participou de algumas gravações para TV e também como jurado em concursos de piano
