Nasci em Porto Alegre no ano de 1978, iniciei meus estudos no contrabaixo aos 14 anos em conservatórios do Rio Grande do Sul onde estudei a fundo teoria musical e a prática do Contrabaixo. Com influências de baixistas da MPB, como: Arthur Maia, Nico Assumpção, Adriano Giffoni, Arismar do Espirito Santo dentre outros, começei minha carreira profissional aos 16 anos tocando com algumas bandas locais. Em 2002 com 24 anos passei a dar aulas de baixo em Porto Alegre onde sigo até hoje e faço freelancer e trabalhos em estúdio com diversas outras banda
